Watershed Planning

A Holistic, Landscape-Level Approach-Base Flow began in 2014 offering watershed planning services to lake and pond associations throughout New Hampshire. Our work included land use assessments, H&H analysis, pollutant load reduction strategies and stormwater BMP design. Today we offer similar services that are centered around a holistic, landscape-level approach, working with stakeholders to create plans that address point and non-point source pollution, habitat protection and flood management. Our overall goal is to work closely with stakeholders to develop and prioritize projects to ensure effective allocation of available funds.
